Midwest Save a Life, LLC will gladly come to your location to perform on-site training. We require a minimum of six students. Upon scheduling, we require a minimum deposit of 50% of the total cost of training. The remaining balance of the invoice must be paid no later than 3 days prior to the date of service. Class will be cancelled if payment is not received by this time. There are no exceptions to these terms (such as net 30 days for payment). Once the registration fee has been received NO REFUND will be given.
You can reschedule within 48 hours of the onsite training, but please be advised that you can only reschedule your training one time. If the onsite training is cancelled by you, you will not receive the deposit back. Also be aware that group discounts are given based on the number of students originally accounted for by the client. If fewer students than expected are present for the class, Midwest Save a Life, LLC will not issue a refund for those missing students. We can issue a credit for those students (see “student reschedules” policy).
Any locations that require travel beyond 60 miles of our Clinton, Iowa office will require a minimum of eight students and will incur travel fees as follows: $50 for distances 61-100 miles from our location and $80 for anything that is 100-200 miles from our location.
