Dear Parent of Future Babysitter
Your son or daughter is ready for the new Child and Babysitting Safety (CABS) program with Pediatric CPR/AED and First Aid training! This program by the American Health and Safety Institute gives teenagers and young adults everything they need to know for safe and successful babysitting. From getting started with their business, to dealing with parents and children, to key safety, caregiving, and first aid tips, the magazine-format CABS guide and vlogger-style video make learning fun.
Pre-teens, teens and young adults interested in a babysitting business, or who have responsibility for younger family members.
The cost of the class is $75 per student which includes:
A canvas babysitting bag
Babysitting Certification
CPR/AED/First aid certification
Pizza Meal for lunch!
Please send a drink with your child and be sure to notify us ahead of time of any food allergies. This in-depth class will be 6 hours in total. We will take frequent breaks. Please have your son/daughter wear loose, comfortable clothing. Participants will be practicing skills that require working on their hands and knees, bending, and standing. If there are physical conditions that might prohibit or hinder participation please ensure we know in advance. In the event your son or daughter is unable to make it to class, please contact us ASAP. There are no refunds, but we will happily allow one reschedule.
